Trinity School, a coeducational, K-12 institution located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, seeks an upper elementary grades/lower middle school grades English teacher beginning September 2014.
 
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in English (or a closely related major) as well as exemplary experience as an English and/or Language Arts teacher in the upper elementary and lower middle grades.  Strong candidates will place a high value on differentiated instruction and have experience working with students in a writing workshop.
 
Qualified candidates will possess intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, commitment to ongoing professional development, openness to others’ ideas, eagerness to extend themselves for others, and a sense of humor.
