Trinity School, a co-educational, K-12 institution located on the Upper West of Manhattan, seeks a Public Service Coordinator for its Office of Public Service, beginning July 1, 2019.
The Public Service Coordinator works closely with the Director of Public Service to implement, manage, and schedule the events and activities carried out by Trinity’s robust K-12 Public Service Program. The coordinator will provide essential administrative and programmatic support for the curricular and extracurricular initiatives that originate in the office. The work of the Office of Public Service interfaces with many facets of the community including students, parents, faculty, staff, administration as well as neighbors in the surrounding community. The Coordinator must have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, analytical, and event planning skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office, the Google Drive suite, and website creation and maintenance. The Coordinator must be highly organized, proactive, a multi-tasker and have a deep commitment to service. Candidates must be available for evening events several times per month. Master’s degree preferred.
