Trinity School, a coeducational, K-12 institution located on the Upper West of Manhattan, seeks a Middle School Educational Technology Coordinator to serve students in grades 5-8 beginning in September 2014.
 
Candidate qualifications should include the following:
 

• Ability and willingness to teach Grades 5-6 computers.
• Demonstrated leadership with instructional technology at a Middle School.
• Demonstrated ability to determine need and lead internal Professional Development for faculty.
• Demonstrated ability to provide assistance, advice, and solutions as a technology first responder.
• Strong foundation in pedagogy and teaching methodologies.
• MUST have at least three years of teaching experience, preferably with MS students
• Ability to use MAC and PC platforms.
• Familiarity with national technology standards.
• A history of using, advocating for, and supporting teachers in innovative technology applications.
• Well-rounded experience with a variety of technologies, instructional applications, and software, including the use of the Web for learning.
• Be able to create tech integrated lessons for a wide range of curricula areas including, but not limited to math, science, English, history, modern and classical languages, etc..
