Trinity School, a co-educational, K-12 institution located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, seeks a Grade Three Head Teacher, a one-year leave replacement beginning in September 2019.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years of head teaching experience with children in an elementary school classroom.  We seek an educator with an understanding of childhood development and educational pedagogy, who will collaborate with other faculty to offer an exciting and rigorous curriculum.  Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.  Experience with curriculum development that reflects multiple perspectives and promotes social justice is a plus.  Candidates who hold a Master’s degree are preferred.
