Trinity School, a co-educational, K-12 institution located on the Upper West of Manhattan, seeks an educator to fill the position of Middle School mathematics teacher for grades 6 - 8 from April 2 through June 20, 2018 (maternity leave replacement).  Responsibilities will include a full-time course load of four sections within a seven-day rotating schedule, attendance at grade-level meetings and Middle School faculty meetings, and other supervision duties.

Ideal candidates will have Middle School teaching experience and should be comfortable teaching multiple levels of math courses within the Middle School.  A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for majors in math or related fields. 

Qualified candidates should possess a passion for working with Middle School students, demonstrated excellence in mathematics instruction, intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, the ability to work within a team, skills to engage and inspire students in the pursuit of learning, and a sense of humor.
