Description
Trinity School, a coeducational, K-12 institution located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, seeks a Lower and Middle School Music Teacher, beginning September 2015.
Major responsibilities of the position include: Teaching Lower and Middle School general music classes, and assisting in preparing students to perform in weekly Lower and Middle School chapel services.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in music education or performance, but a Masters’ degree is preferred, with a minimum of three years classroom music teaching experience. Strong vocal and piano skills preferred. Guitar, woodwind, brass or string skills are a plus.
