Trinity School, a coeducational, K-12 institution located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, is seeking to fill the position of full-time Physical Education and Fitness Teacher, and Varsity Track and Field Coach, beginning September 2012.
 
Specific qualifications include significant track and field coaching experience, a coaching and/or playing background in an additional sport (volleyball a plus), and a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in education, preferably in physical education.  This full-time position includes teaching three physical education classes and coaching three high school seasons. 
 
Qualified candidates will also possess intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, commitment to ongoing professional development, openness to others’ ideas, eagerness to extend themselves for others, and a sense of humor.
