Trinity School, a co-educational, K-12 institution located on the Upper West of Manhattan, seeks an After School Director (leave replacement) from April 1 through June 15, 2019.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with Lower School children, the ability to supervise staff and delegate work, have strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The After School Director serves as a liaison between parents/guardians and After School, Kids Club, and Music Lesson teachers, as well as Lower School classroom teachers and administration.   The Director must be able to solve problems related to personnel and scheduling, supervise staff, and provide conflict resolution for students as needed. 

The primary tasks for the After School Director position include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the After School and Kids Club classes;
• Organizing after-school music lessons;
• Supervising staff for the three program;
• Maintaining payroll for all After School and Kids Club staff ;
• Securing substitute teachers for staff when they are absent;
• Overseeing online registration, troubleshooting and tracking enrollment;
• Maintaining the program budget of the After School program and reporting of outstanding program fees; and
• Taking attendance and communicating with parents and teachers
